Fitness: You have no injury, but you want weekly exercise plans based on your specific needs. Dr. Duggan will meet with you and perform a thorough assessment on your area of concern. You will meet once weekly, and be guided through updated exercises targeting your needs and progressing you as you improve. These visits last up to 1 hour. After each session, you will receive a comprehensive exercise program delivered to you electronically for easy and constant access.

Injury Prevention: ProFormance utilizes several screening techniques including the National Academy of Sport Medicine's Overhead Squat Assessment to examine your movement pattern, symmetry, and balance. Once any deficits have been identified, you will be provided a comprehensive program to improve your muscle balance, reduce your risk of injury, and reach you goals.
