Maybe you just want to start working out and do not know where to begin. ProFormance's Wellness services can help you do any of those. ProFormance will perform a thorough assessment of your form, strengths, and weaknesses to determine your needs on a case-by-case basis. You will then be provided a personalized program to help you reach YOUR "PRO" YOU.
You will receive your customized training program and unlimited email and text support between sessions. These sessions are held as One Stop Shop visits. |
