Maggie Duggan grew up in a small town where everyone was your neighbor. Her town was close-knit, and the citizens looked after each other. This instilled in her the need to treat her patients like her family and friends. She sought a career where she could make a difference in people's lives.
Picture
Maggie seeks to find your origin of pain and dysfunction. She then works to improve your pain, strength, and range of motion. Following her hands-on treatment techniques, she provides exercises strategically chosen to help your body maintain your new improvements. All of this is occurs within the FIRST session.
She specializes in people looking to improve this movement and/or pain without expensive imaging, pain medications, injections, or surgery. Her outpatient focus is on manual treatment and movement retraining, but she has experience in vestibular, stroke, TBI, and women's health. She has received certifications in movement based screenings (SMFA) and manual-based treatments including dry needling to provide you with accelerated results.

She graduated high school Valedictorian and went on to the University of Georgia to receive her Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Science. Then, she moved to Savannah, Georgia and obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Georgia Southern, formerly Armstrong Atlantic State University, due to its reputation for strong hands-on training. She has been practicing full time in outpatient since she began her career but has also worked in skilled nursing, home health, and acute care on nights and weekends. She was the Director of Clinical Operations and physical therapist at her last full-time position in Dothan, AL before moving to Huntsville, AL. She recently received her Master's of Business Administration from Troy University in May 2019.
Maggie enjoys a mix of athletic activities including Crossfit, hiking, Strongman lifting, indoor rock climbing, running, Ironman and adventure races, and traditional weightlifting. She also has a more delicate side that enjoys crafts such as painting, making wreaths, and making Swarovski jewelry. She and her husband, Matthew, enjoy traveling and taking on new adventures together. They have twin girls and a baby boy.

After graduating from the University of Michigan (go Blue!), Marie found a passion for sports physical therapy and dove deep into the world of  functional movement including the SFMA. By combining this with
