FREE Meet and Greet with Rocket City Crossfit and Myself

Come join me at Rocket City CrossFit for a FREE workout on Jan 26! Get to know the gym and coaches, hang out with me, and get in a good workout. The gym will even be giving away a free Fundamentals class (the intro class you take when joining the gym). That is a $150 value!! This is your chance to try out Crossfit, no strings attached. I will be sticking around for a little while to answer any questions about ProFormance, also.

We are helping sponsor Golden Ape Huntsville's Nutrition Challenge. Come out to the challenge kickoff and drop into class this Saturday! We will be there providing cupping and Edge blading demos! Workout is at 10 a.m. and body scans and lectures start at 11:30 a.m. (You can just drop into class, too.)

There will be a $10 treatment discount offered to Challenge participants if they book by the end of the challenge. Come talk to me at the event for details!
